IBC ton drum heating sleeve, almost suitable for all kinds of specifications ton drum, the whole is made of flexible

When using, the heating sleeve is wrapped in the outer wall of the ton drum frame. Considering the heat dissipation problem, it is equipped with a detachable heat preservation cover, which is matched with the heating sleeve, so as to form a relatively closed heating space. 10 mm high temperature insulation and thermal radiation layer provides heating efficiency and reduces heat loss.
Tons of barrels due to their own no heat source, many materials due to their viscosity and can not be completely discharged, part of the product (waste) in the container, thus increasing the cost and waste. Therefore, the application of heating sleeve reduces waste and shortens production cycle, improving production efficiency.
